In 1906, together with his disciples, the Lavra workshop decorated the church of All Saints with frescoes in the Byzantine style. In the 17th century, the Kiev Lavra workshop was one of the best in Eastern Europe, not only people from the Russian lands studied here, but also Serbs and Bulgarians ...And work on the paintings began for the artist in 1884, when he studied at the Kiev drawing school of Nikolai Murashko. Izhakevich, together with the teachers of the school, invited A.Prahov to clean and restore the 13th century frescoes of the Church of St. Cyril in Kiev. At the same time, M. Vrubel worked there, who drew attention to the young Izhakevich and advised him to continue his studies at the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts, and even wrote a letter of recommendation to his teacher P.
